Brewing Guide
Hot Tea
+ Use 1–2 teaspoons of tea per 8 oz cup of water.
+ Heat water to 200–212°F and pour over herbs.
+ Cover and steep for 10–15 minutes.
+ Strain and enjoy.
For stronger medicinal support, steep longer or prepare as an overnight infusion.
Cold Tea / Sun Tea
+ Add 2–4 tablespoons of tea to 32 oz cold filtered water.
+ Let steep in the refrigerator for 6–12 hours or in indirect sunlight for 4-8 hours.
+ Strain and serve over ice.
