Inay Herbs was born from a belief that healing can be intentional and deeply ancestral. I’ve always been drawn to the quiet rituals that bring people back to themselves — brewing tea in the early morning, tending to herbs with care, listening to the wisdom carried through the earth and through our elders. What began as a personal practice of healing myself grew into something better than I could have imagined: connecting with the community who needed the same care that the system couldn't provide.

Why I've started this business is simple, I want people to be nourished and healthy. To create moments where rest feels sacred, where wellness feels nourishing instead of overwhelming, and where a simple cup of tea can reconnect you to yourself, your ancestors, and the people around you.
