Bright and citrusy, traditionally used to support digestion and gentle relaxation.

Nettle Leaf

A mineral-rich herb containing iron, calcium, magnesium, and potassium. Traditionally used to help support energy levels, overall vitality, and gentle nourishment.

Associated with emotional warmth, softness, and heart support in many herbal traditions.

Rich in antioxidants and traditionally used to support heart health and hydration while adding a vibrant tart flavor.


Brewing Guide

Hot Tea
+ Use 1–2 teaspoons of tea per 8 oz cup of water.
+ Heat water to 200–212°F and pour over herbs.
+ Cover and steep for 10–15 minutes.
+ Strain and enjoy.

For stronger medicinal support, steep longer or prepare as an overnight infusion.

Cold Tea / Sun Tea
+ Add 2–4 tablespoons of tea to 32 oz cold filtered water.
+ Let steep in the refrigerator for 6–12 hours or in indirect sunlight for 4-8 hours.
+ Strain and serve over ice.
